At Impression Jewellery, If you order before 3pm From Monday-Friday. Your Item(s) will be sent out 1st Class. If you order Sat-Sun your items will be sent out 1st Class on Monday Morning.  If your item is not in stock we will email you straight away to tell you there will be a short delay.

Delivery Charges:

UK: £2.00 

Europe and the rest of the world: £4.50

Refunds 

We offer a full refund on any faulty or damaged products.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods and return the goods to us in their original condition.

You must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit/debit card with the price of the products (including delivery charges) within 30 days after we have received the notice of cancellation. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.

Please include your details including your name, email address, the order number and the reason for the return.

Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid breakages..
